Listen: The Postal Service – A Tattered Line of String

So by now, pretty much everyone has heard about The Postal Service Coachella reunion/Give Up  reissue.  Personally, I was never a huge fan of the band and always identified more with Ben Gibbard’s main duties in Death Cab for Cutie.  But anyways, the reissue of Give Up is due out April 9th, via Sub Pop, and features a bonus disc full of new songs, rarities, B-sides, and covers.  “A Tattered Line of String” is the first of the new songs to surface, and it sounds exactly like you’d expect it to sound.  Its not ground-breaking, but it is a pretty solid effort.  Also, nice to hear Jenny Lewis of Rilo Kiley doing what she does best.  Check it out below, if you feel so inclined.
